James Kilby - Sales & Technical Support

Technical Manager for sales, support and implementation services, James is responsible for the efficient operation of our Help Desk and Consulting Services. James was employed by Sybiz as their Support Manager from 1988 to 1997 and worked on the DOS programs and was heavily involved with the development of the first Windows based Accounting System. Since 1997 James formed Acctech Consulting Pty Ltd, specialising in Accounting Software Sales and Support and focusing on companies that require strong Ecommerce / Manufacturing / Distribution and Service Management solutions.

James is an authorised Sybiz Vision and Visipay Support Consultant, Sybiz Vision Developer, Advanced Business System Consultant, Advanced Manufacturing System Consultant, WageEasy Payroll Consultant and certified Microsoft Retail Management Solutions Consultant.

Rick Polito – Sales & Marketing

Financial Sales Consultant and Manager of the Development and Administration Departments, Rick is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Accounting, Finance and Systems major). Previous positions included 11 years with Chartered Accountancy firm PKF in audit and IT consultancy and 14 years software development and consultancy experience with Noble Systems Pty Ltd.

Rick has completed a number of post-graduate courses including VB.Net, C, C++, Java, Visual FoxPro Computer Programming, System Analysis and Design, Network and Communications Techniques and Train the Trainer.

Rick is an authorised Sybiz Vision, Visipay and Evolution Support Consultant, Sybiz Vision Developer, Advanced Business System Consultant, Advanced Manufacturing System Consultant, WageEasy Payroll Consultant and a certified SAP Business One Solution Consultant.
