AXSAPT eCOMMERCE

Aimed at small to medium businesses, the Axsapt eCommerce module provides a simple-to- use and cost effective facility for businesses to provide a live 24 hour, 7 day a week sales environment through the internet. Fully integrated with the Sybiz Vision accounting system (versions 3.0 and 4.0 fully supported), the Axsapt eCommerce module obtains product details from an existing Sybiz Vision database to display selected inventory items on an e-commerce website. This enables your customers to make stock enquiries, view product images, and place sales orders over the internet using a standard web browser. Casual customers can purchase products by providing credit card details over a secure link. Account customers, who see products priced at their specific discounts, are able to enter either credit card or purchase order details.

eCommerce Manager

The eCommerce Manager assists you to customise and maintain your website. The eCommerce Manager also manages the processing of sales orders received by the website.

System Requirements

Sybiz minimum requirements are a colour VGA monitor, Pentium based CPU with 128Mb RAM or better and with at least 100Mb free hard disk space running Windows 98, Windows 2000 or Windows XP Professional. Axsapt eCommerce can only be used in conjunction with Sybiz Vision 3.0 or 4.0. You will require an internet connection with an Internet Solution Provider (ISP) for uploading and downloading files and an account with an ISP that provides a remote hosting service. The hosting service must provide access to 5 to 25Mb of disk space on a server running Microsoft NT 4 (SP4) or better, that supports Active Server Pages (ASP) and FoxPro ODBC connections and allows FTP uploading/downloading of files.
