We welcome Tarah Daniels as our Customer Liaison Ambassador and Paige Kohalmi as a new Support Consultant who both joined us in January, 2008. Recent members include: Pasha Rahmati who joined us on the 1st October as a Financial Software Consultant and Malthi Ranjan, our Senior Developer who joined us on the 2nd August, 2007.

With this release Sybiz has included for free the Sybiz Vision Advanced Printing module which was previously available for $990 including GST. It delivers flexibility by enabling you to print multiple documents to multiple printers and bins, and print multiple copies of each document. This is ideal if you want to process a sales invoice and at the same time generate a picking slip at the warehouse so your store personnel can assemble goods for delivery.

The benefits of the Sybiz Vision Advanced Printing module include the ability to:

• create your own customised Crystal® forms to be used throughout transaction processing
• print multiple forms from one transaction
• print to multiple printers and various bins
• produce multiple copies of forms

The first Service Releases for the Sybiz 7.0 product are due in April, 2008 and from this time, we strongly recommend upgrading from earlier versions of Vision and Visipay. Please contact us on 1300 297 278 for additional information and/or to book an installation date.

WageEasy 4.7.0.2567 has been updated to produce the new 1 page PAYG Payment Summary format for 2007. All WageEasy users should upgrade to this release prior to the end of June 2007. Attending a training class at our computer lab in Lane Cove is an excellent way for new staff to get up to speed with the operation of our accounting solutions. The Advanced Courses are recommended for experienced users who would like to extract the most from their system. We're always amazed at the comments from past attendees about not knowing that "hidden" features that would've saved hours of work each month.

23/12/07: Sybiz Release version 7.0 of Vision and Visipay which is now Vista compatible.

31/03/07: Sybiz Vision and Visipay Help does not work with Vista without applying the instructions detailed in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base Article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/917607

25/03/07: WageEasy 4.7.0 is still known to be incompatible with Vista. WageEasy 5.0 is in final beta and fully supports Microsoft Vista and handles the new WorkChoices Leave changes.

We strongly recommend you resist upgrading any workstations to Vista. Many corporate customers have a policy of waiting until the first service release of a Windows Operating System is available prior to endorsing the use of that platform. At Axsapt we support adopting that approach and also checking that there is explicit compatibility stated for critical applications. Currently we are recommending use of either Windows 2000 or Windows XP Professional for commercial use of the applications we support.
